Meet The Team

Plant Health Care Specialist

Dylan Horudko

Dylan comes from a little farming family based out of North Eastern Saskatchewan. As a kid, he was always spending time with his mom and grandma in the garden. What started out as fun digging for worms to go fishing quickly turned into fascination and a passion for plant life. After moving around Saskatchewan in his teenage years, he eventually landed in Peachland in his early 20s. He spent the next 6 years as a property manager on an acreage, looking after 11,000 square feet of gardening space. In those 6 years, he honed his ability to diagnose and treat pests and diseases on a wide variety of plants. He eventually moved on to work as a plant health care specialist for a reputable company with offices worldwide. Over the next 4 years, he furthered his knowledge of tree and shrub care. As his passion and family grew, he and Callum decided to go out on their own to provide people with their own brand of tree care.

Tree Services Specialist

Callum Crowley

Born in Penticton, British Columbia, Callum grew up with an instinctive pull toward the treetops. As a child, he climbed anything he could get his hands on, and that passion only intensified through his teenage years. What began as tree climbing evolved into parkour and urban exploration—scaling walls, navigating cityscapes, and leaping from rooftop to rooftop. Movement, challenge, and height were always part of his world.
His path shifted when he discovered Arboriculture. For the first time, Callum felt he had found a calling that united his love for climbing with purpose, science, and stewardship. He spent years learning from highly experienced mentors, studying advanced climbing and rigging systems, workplace safety, tree biology, tree risk assessment, and proper pruning practices. Working with one of the most reputable companies in the world, he rose from a beginner to Manager, Arborist Representative, Safety Officer, Trainer, and Mentor for the next generation of arborists.
Despite his success, the corporate influence on local tree care left him wanting
something more personal, more communityfocused, and more aligned with his values. That desire sparked the creation of The Goodfellers.
Longtime friends since 2008, Callum and Dylan combined their complementary skill sets to build a company rooted in integrity, craftsmanship, and genuine care for Okanagan residents. Together, they aim to raise the standard of professional tree care in the region.
Beyond the ropes and rigging, Callum is a devoted father to two wonderful children, ages 6 and 8, who remain his greatest inspiration and motivation.
